Two-Step Registration Process Instructions
1) Begin by filling out the registration form.
2) Select whether you are registering for the entire day, or dinner only.
3) Proceed to list your name and any other participants that you are registering. If the registrants are golfers, please also include their corresponding t-shirt size.
4) If you would like to purchase any additional t-shirts, please list the quantity and size(s). (Note, t-shirts are included with golf registration, but NOT included in the $33 for dinner only.)
5) List the best email for contacting you.
6) Use the corresponding PayPal button provided to submit your payment.
7) If you would like to make an additional donation, please do so here.

*If paying with Venmo, please provide your information in the comments section. You do not need to take any further registration actions once you have done this.

Same problem here LeAnne. I was able to sign up for golf but could not pay for dinner only for my wife. Thanks!
